Confirmation Club

Our Confirmation Club (5th and 6th class students) meets every second Sunday during the academic year, at the new time of 5-7pm. This time of social activities, faith formation, and prayer is led by young adult lay missionaries, (as well as some of our past youth club members who have now turned 18!), with the guidance of the Dominican Sisters. Participants meet for pizza in the parish hall, enjoy an organized game or competition, learn about the teachings of the church and aspects of the spiritual life, especially in view of the Sacrament of Confirmation, then conclude the night with a time of prayer in Eucharistic Adoration in the church. Our Confirmation Club has been a consistent, growing group of youth who love the Lord and appreciate the opportunity to develop friendships centred in Christ.
